Casino wins Top Customer Service Podium Prize

Groupe Casino brought home the 2010 Top Customer Service Podium prize (retail sector) awarded by BearingPoint and TNS Sofres.

This prize, awarded for the past 7 years, is based on a survey conducted by TNS Sofres with 4,000 customers and users interviewed on their perception of 175 businesses from different sectors including retail. 

It is the biggest customer service-focused survey performed in France.

Among the criteria assessed were product and service developments, innovation, quality of contact, transparency, availability of information, loyalty policy, quality of service, etc.

This Top prize for retail acknowledges the Géant Casino, Casino Supermarchés and Petit Casino.banners
In 2009, the 1st prize was awarded to Super U and Cora in 2008.
Also on the top step of the Customer Service Podium was Mercedez-Benz for its sector.

The 2010 award ceremony took place on Thursday, 3rd June in Paris.
