Organization Chart

The Casino Group is listed on the Euronext Paris stock exchange. Its majority shareholder is Rallye SA.
Corporate governance is ensured by a 15-member Board of Directors supported by two special committees: the Audit Committee and the Appointments and Compensation Committee.

Led by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Committee is responsible for managing the Group’s operations as it implements the strategic vision defined by the Board of Directors.

The Committee defines action plans to be deployed, ensures their alignment across all subsidiaries and businesses, and monitors the Group’s financial results and ratios.
