Training Policy
Campus Casino, the Casino Group's in-house training centre, is designed to give employees the chance to acquire the skills they need as their responsibilities and business environment evolve, and to map out their career advancement.
Through workshops, customized instruction, e-learning, practical scenarios and other vehicles, Campus Casino supplies know-how in a wide variety of fields, including management and communication, employee development and retailing, as well as foreign languages, office automation and personnel safety: over 150 different classes in all.
Campus Casino was conceived as a forum for employees to exchange ideas, compare their experiences and share best practices, with the aim of enhancing synergy among our subsidiaries and businesses.
Campus Casino also directs the Group’s training initiatives for its executives and managerial staff, through the ADEO and ADEINO training programmes. The senior managers who take part in the ADEO programme carry out strategic projects while enhancing their skills (negotiation, communication, project administration, management, etc.) in order to improve their effectiveness in the workplace.
The ADEINO programme offers executives innovative instruction in corporate strategy and the economic environment, along with a workshop on personal development.
By ensuring that its training activities and techniques closely correspond to the needs of employees as well as the Group’s strategic goals, Campus Casino provides essential support for career management and corporate growth.
