Placement of a $260 million loan
on the US private placement market

The Casino Group announces that it has finalised yesterday the placement of a $260 million loan (of which 250 million was placed with a maturity of nine years) on the US private placement market.
The transaction, the first of its kind for the Group, was carried out as part of the Group’s sustained commitment to strengthening its financing structure and diversifying its lender base.
