The Casino Group and its Monoprix banner have won Awards in four of the 12 Diversity and CSR categories at the annual ceremony organised by French retail industry magazine LSA. A jury of retail industry professionals honoured the Group for its performance in “Gender Parity”, “Community Outreach”, “Hiring and Retaining the Disabled” and “Responsible Purchasing”.
Yesterday, retail industry magazine LSA held its fourth annual Diversity and CSR Awards ceremony. Nearly 100 candidates were analysed to select the best corporate social responsibility practices demonstrated by both manufacturers and retailers.
Among the 12 winners chosen by the jury, composed exclusively of retail and food industry professionals, the Casino Group ranked first in four categories, with awards for “Gender Parity”, “Community Outreach”, “Hiring and Retaining the Disabled” and “Responsible Purchasing”.
