On 26th May 2023, Casino Group announced the opening of a conciliation procedure, following the agreement given by the President of the Paris Commercial Court, for the benefit of Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA and certain of its subsidiaries.
The initial term of this period is four months with a possible extension of one extra month. It provides Casino Group the opportunity to start discussions with its creditors in a legally secure framework in order to reach a common agreement about the restructuring of its financial debt.
